Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of www.omeglensfw.com ("OmegleNSFW", "the service"). By starting a chat, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. You must be 18 or older

OmegleNSFW is only for adults aged 18 and over. By using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms where you live. We may block anyone we believe is under 18.

2. Adult content

OmegleNSFW is an adult service. Other users may show or describe sexually explicit material. By using the service you confirm that you want to access this kind of content and that doing so is legal where you are. If you don't, leave now.

2a. What the service is

OmegleNSFW connects you at random with other users for one-to-one text or video conversations. Users are strangers to you. We don't verify who they are and we are not responsible for what they say or do.

3. Rules you must follow

You must not use OmegleNSFW to:

• show or send sexual content to anyone who has not clearly agreed to it, or continue after they skip, refuse or stop responding;
• share, request or discuss any sexual content involving minors, which we report to the authorities;
• harass, threaten, bully or intimidate anyone, or promote hate or violence;
• record, screenshot or share other users' images or messages, or show anyone on camera who has not agreed to it;
• sell or promote anything, ask for money, gifts or crypto, send spam or links, or use bots or automated scripts;
• pretend to be someone else, or use fake or pre-recorded video streams;
• collect other users' personal information;
• break any law, or try to disrupt, hack or overload the service.

4. Moderation and enforcement

We use automated tools and user reports to find content that breaks these rules. We may end chats, remove users, and temporarily or permanently ban IP addresses or devices without warning. Where the law requires it, or where someone's safety is at risk, we may share information with law enforcement.

5. Your safety

Never share personal information with people you meet on OmegleNSFW. The other person may record your conversation. If you feel uncomfortable, end the chat and use the report option.

6. Your content

You are responsible for what you send and show during a chat. You keep any rights you have in it, and you allow us to process it as needed to deliver the chat and moderate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of offensive users.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, OmegleNSFW is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the behaviour of other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Independence

OmegleNSFW is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Omegle.com LLC or the former Omegle website.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
