This policy explains what information OmegleNSFW ("we", "us") collects when you use www.omeglensfw.com, why we collect it and what choices you have. OmegleNSFW is intended only for people aged 18 and over.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't ask for your name, email address or phone number to chat. If you contact us by email, we receive the details you choose to include.

Technical information. When you connect, our servers process your IP address, browser type, device type, approximate country (derived from your IP address) and connection times. We use this to run the service, match you with other users, prevent abuse and enforce bans.

Chat content. Text messages and video streams travel between you and the other user. To keep the service safe, automated systems may check messages and video frames for content that breaks our Terms of Service. When a user is reported or content is flagged, we may keep related information, such as message excerpts, still images and IP addresses, so it can be reviewed.

Interests. Topics you type into the interest box are used only to find a matching chat partner during your session.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to provide and improve the chat service, match users, detect and stop spam, bots and abuse, enforce our rules, respond to legal requests and keep the site secure.

3. What the other user can see

The person you chat with can see everything you type and everything your camera shows. They could record it without our knowledge. Never share personal details such as your full name, address, school, workplace or social media accounts, and don't show anything on camera that you wouldn't want saved.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries that are needed for the site to work, such as keeping your settings and protecting against automated abuse. If we use analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.

5. Sharing information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site (for example hosting, content delivery and security providers), and with law enforcement or authorities when the law requires it or when we believe it is necessary to protect someone's safety. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.

6. How long we keep information

Connection logs are kept for a limited period needed for security and legal obligations. Information connected to reports, bans or legal requests may be kept longer while it is needed for those purposes. Ordinary chat messages are not stored after the chat ends unless they were flagged or reported.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to certain processing and to complain to a data protection authority. 8. Age restriction

OmegleNSFW is not for anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor is using the service, we will block access and delete their information unless we must keep it for legal or safety reasons.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reasonable technical measures to protect information, but no online service can be completely secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
